Workmans Compensation Claims

Ian King heads up a specialised department that deals exclusively with recovering outstanding medical accounts due by the Workmen’s Compensation Fund in respect of injury on duty claims.
Ian has developed a seamless process that enables members of the medical profession to recover their outstanding medical accounts, through the Courts if necessary, without ever having to leave their practices. He has acted for both single practitioners as well as large medical practices, and has recovered in excess of R60 million for his clients over the past 5 to 6 years.
