Achievements
Our firm has successively represented an interested party company, where its supplier was the subject of a complaint, and has advised on the filing of a counter complaint.
We have practical experience of the requirements for a complaint and the response to a complaint particularly that the economic outcome be investigated at the outset.
The firm has advised on the requirements of merger notification.
